Cancellation conditions
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract even without stating a reason within 30 days before checking in.
In case of withdrawal:

• 29 to 14 days before stated date - 50 % of the expected price
• 13 to 2 days before stated date - 75 % of the expected price
• 1 and less days before stated date the hotel will require the payment of the whole amount of unused ordered services and accommodation.
